▶ 0:04 Kimberly Vandiver: Good evening. The time is 6:45 PM on Thursday, May 21st, and this meeting of boards and commissions is called to order. I'm Councilor Vandiver, the chair. Also joining me tonight are Councilors Park and Cole, as well as President Freeman, ex officio.
