I will motion by unanimous consent to open the floor for public comment. Seeing no objection, we are open for public comment. Per Rule 33A of the Melrose City Council rules, this is the portion of the meeting where the public may speak on any item on tonight's agenda. Not seeing anyone in the audience for public comment. Madam Clerk, is there anyone online?
