▶ 1:14:59 Mary Beth McAteer-Margolis: um comment that i think this is another example of our um our resources really being used effectively with the planning department they applied for and received a two hundred thousand dollar grant in order to redo our common and they're matching that money with fifty thousand that's coming from the open space fund from the development from the smart growth district so i think that's particularly appropriate tonight when we were talking about the new overlay district to see the things that we're able to do by changing our zoning and and really planning effectively and very grateful for the wonderful staff that we have that's able to put these things together and i'm sure it's going to be a fabulous project up there at the common so i'm happy to
