And it indicates that the Public Works recommends approval the order contingent on the following conditions petitioner must meet with the city engineer and or his designee to obtain a public works street opening permit and shall furthermore meet on site to verify the final location of the proposed conduit prior to the construction and after utility markouts to the existing asphalt sidewalks must be saw cut on either side of the conduit trench and replaced in kind upon completion of the conduit installation does everybody have a copy of that letter yes thank you mr. chairman
