Members of the meeting, voting session is Alderman Boisselle as Chairman, Alderman Monica Medeiros as Vice Chairman, Alderman McAteer-Margolis, Alderman Lemmerman, and President Kahn is also a voting member at this time. Non-voting members who are here this evening is Alderman Byrd, Alderman Inferna, Alderman Mortimer, Alderman Tramontozzi. We have public participation here. A motion for that? Anyone in the audience wishing to discuss what's on the agenda this evening for the Health Education Welfare Committee is welcome to come up and talk to us. Motion to close public participation. Motion to close public participation, seconded Alderman Medeiros. Okay, we have one order on the agenda this evening. We have order 21-5-33, acceptance of DPH, Department of Public Health, mini-grant to be used for strategic planning purposes. This will be put into fund number 4-1-0-3.
