Lastly, MarketWorks works tirelessly to educate our patrons of healthier and sustainable alternatives to mainstream processed foods. Every meal should be a family affair. Our mission is to provide a different offering to Melrose. A healthy convenience is our aim. Seating for our customers while waiting for their freshly prepared dinners or those waiting for breakfast sandwich while enjoying a cup of coffee with a homemade scone. This minor convenience for our patrons transfers our business from an in-and-out takeout spot to a meeting ground for foodies, health enthusiasts, and those simply looking for a delicious meal. I ask the board to vote in our favor for permitting us limited seating for our patrons. Thank you. Thank you.

Thank you for being with us tonight. and your husband ben are the proprietors and they've been in business for about two months now um since august 16th and i've had a chance to be in there it's the old busy b site um they've got a great setup in there um great uh options for food salads and sandwiches and some desserts and all and she did a better job describing it than i have but i have eaten in there and it's very it's very good you're you're going to have the opportunity as a result of getting this license assuming the board votes for it to put several tables in the restaurant yep we just three tables so you'll have three tables and so the people have been able to go in there and enjoy a sandwich or a salad or a meal will now be able to sit down and enjoy it right there with you be particularly helpful now that the weather's getting a little colder. Great. I'm gonna move for passage of this order and granting of this license.
