I am Alderman Bird, chair of this committee, and with us this evening are committee members Alderman Tramontozzi, Alderman Infurna, Alderman Mortimer, and President Conn. We also have non-voting members of the committee, let's see, Alderman McAteer-Margolis and Alderman Medeiros.
