The order we have before this evening is order 2015-53. is an acceptance of the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection grant. Namely, Mass Electric Vehicles Incentive Program, that's Mass EVIP, in the amount of $30,000 to fund number 4015, further authorize the mayor to execute a contract with Mass DEP for the $30,000 grant as set forth herein. I think at this time, if I may suggest to the members of the committee, a motion to suspend the rules may be in order, so we may hear from Ms. Gaffey and Ms. Grover to discuss this order. So moved. And that motion has been made by Alderman Byrd and duly seconded by Alderman Tramontozzi. All in favor, please say aye. Aye. Any opposed? Hearing none.
