▶ 10:57 Peter D. Mortimer: We have one order before us tonight, and before we proceed with that order, I'd like to make some introductions. I am Peter Mortimer, I'm the chairman of this committee. We have Jacqueline Bird, an alderman at large on this committee. Francis Wright, an alderman from ward three on this committee. John Tramontozzi from ward one on this committee. President Kahn is an ex-officio member of this committee. Non-voting members, we have Robert Boisselle from Ward 4, Scott Forbes from Ward 7, Jennifer Lemmerman from Ward 2, Mary Beth McAteer-Margolis, a non-voting member. We have one order before us, as I have already mentioned. And before we entertain that order, I would welcome a motion to open the floor for public participation, please.
