We are here this evening at a call of His Honor the Mayor to consider Order 215-63, which is a request to set a public hearing on classification of property and subsequently to determine classification of property. We just concluded a meeting pursuant to which the Appropriations Committee made a vote to classify and to adopt a 1.42 shift factor for commercial property with no exemptions.
