Alderman Lemmerman is the vice chairman. We have Alderman Infurna and Alderman President Conn is also a member of this committee. The non-voting members are Alderman Byrd, Alderman Mortimer, and Alderman Forbes. Right now we have, could I have a motion to open for public participation?
