▶ 24:10 Peter D. Mortimer: Mr. President, this order was given an extensive, thorough, and presumably exhaustive analysis the other evening, and I will make a motion for passage.
▶ 24:21 Speaker 1: Second. Alderman Mortimer moves for passage of Order 215-109. The motion is seconded by Alderman Byrd. Do we have discussion? Alderman Medeiros. Thank you.
▶ 24:31 Monica C. Medeiros: I would just like to move tonight to amend the order to include an email communication that we received to the Board of Aldermen email from Martha Grover, our Energy Efficiency Manager, on Friday, March 13th at 6.23 a.m. she just goes reiterate some of her reasoning for supporting this order and I believe as such it was an official communication from her signed with her signature to all of the Board of Aldermen that it should be included with the order and my understanding is that we need a motion to do so second
