We also received another memo from Marian Long, Director of Human Resources, showing the authorization for transfer from the workers' compensation account, basically stating that due to a decline in workplace injuries, and second, due to a decrease in long-term indemnity benefits due to changes in recipient status, which is the reason why we can take that money from that account these are in the agenda packet and if that suffices this board I would recommend passage of this order second the motion for passage
