▶ 18:37 Speaker 4: No, I'd like to make a motion, Mr. Chairman. I think that all five of the orders relate to the presentation that's going to be made to us this evening relative to water and sewer. So after the orders are read, I would like to move for concurrent action relative to all five of the orders, please.

▶ 18:59 Peter D. Mortimer: All right, very good. So these five orders, as pointed out by the President just now, They are all related to our water and sewer rates and water and sewer work, the bond that's included in this. There is a public hearing that's coming up on these matters on May 18th. And then they will be discussed in the Appropriations Committee again on May 21st. And then they will be voted on subsequently at a full board meeting. So I think it would respectfully be the most effective use of our time because this will be discussed at least three more times in the future. If we ask rudimentary questions and maybe give the city officials who are here this evening in the gallery some questions that they can come back on if there's anything that's giving anybody any questions about these matters. because they will be discussed at least three times again before we pass them and pass the budget. In that case, would you make that meeting, would you make that motion now and I'll read all five orders? I will. Okay, President Kahn has made a motion to join the five orders before us tonight. Second. Seconded by Alderman Inferna. All in favor, please say aye. Aye. Any opposed, hearing none. The orders are conjoined, which unfortunately means a big deep breath for me, because I have to read all five at once. I'm sorry, you're going to have to listen to my voice for so long.
