It is to amend the Melrose Revised Ordinances Chapter 4, Article 2, Fire Department Section 24-32E, Emergency Rescue Vehicle to set fees for FY16. Is there a motion to open the public portion of the public hearing? So moved. Second. Alderman McAteer-Margolis has moved to open the public portion of the public hearing. Second.
