I am the Chairman, Peter Mortimer. The Vice Chairman is Alderman Jacqueline Byrd. We're also joined this evening in this Committee of the Whole by Alderman Inferna, Alderman Tramontozzi, Alderman Medeiros, Alderman Boisselle, Alderman Lemmerman, Alderman Forbes, and President Kahn.
