It is a committee of the whole, consisting of all members of the Board of Aldermen. I am Chairman Peter Mortimer. The Vice Chairman is Alderman Jacqueline Byrd. We are joined by the Aldermen tonight, Alderman Inferna, Alderman Tramontozzi, Alderman Medeiros, Alderman Boisselle, Alderman Wright, Alderman McAteer-Margolis, Alderman Lemmerman, Alderman Forbes, and President Donald Kahn.

The first order we have before us tonight in the Appropriations Committee is order 2015-172. It is an authorization to accept a grant and authorize the Mayor to accept,
