I am Chairman Peter Mortimer, and we have with us in attendance Alderman Gail Inferna, Alderman John Tramontozzi, Alderman Monica Medeiros, Alderman Robert Boisselle, Alderman Jennifer Lemmerman, and President Donald Kahn. I heard from Alderman Forbes, he has had a death in the family. And he asked me to inform people that that is the reason for his absence. His family's going through a tough period.
