▶ 26:56 Speaker 1: as set forth herein. This is another order that is on our agenda this evening due to the time within which it has been on the docket in the Legal and Legislative Committee. What is your pleasure? Alderman Medeiros.
▶ 27:07 Monica C. Medeiros: Thank you, President Conn. Like Alderman Wright in the previous order, I would like to move that this be returned to committee.
▶ 27:18 Speaker 1: Alderman Inferno.
▶ 27:19 Gail Infurna: Thank you. With all due respect to Alderman Medeiros filing this order, it has been in there since May. We have not acted on it, and actually when you read the orders and everything, we really already do it. So I think everything that she's looking for, it's actually in place. So, I would like to see this to be placed on file.
▶ 27:41 Speaker 1: Okay, we have two motions that have been made thus far. We have a motion to return this order to committee. We have a motion to place this order on file.

▶ 28:03 Scott M. Forbes: Mr. President, I'd like to second the motion and return this to committee. I think that it's been placed on hold. I think if we send it back to the committee, we can have one more discussion, and then basically after that discussion, come up with an appropriate decision on this order. So I'd like to make a second on that motion.
