Mortimer: second we have a motion to recommend by president khan duly seconded by alderman Boisselle seeing no further discussion all in favor of recommending to this full board please say aye aye any opposed hearing none this order will be recommended these three orders that are joined will be recommended to the full board for passage at our next meeting on december 21st john the next order we have before us is order 2016-56 it is an appropriation in the amount of $19,718.89 from contract stabilization fund transfer out to cemetery salary and wages and public works administrative salary and wages as set for herein we are still under suspension still joined by our cfo patrick de la russo and joined once again by our director of public works mr john chenna speak to it gentlemen please proceed so these additional funds um are required to fully compensate a slight modification in the cemetery administrators position that took place after the budget was um was passed and we have a new cemetery administrator working out of the wyoming cemetery and her hours were increased by five to provide a um a high level service to

▶ 18:58 Speaker 2: to the customer base that's a request that we had heard continuously from customers funeral homes and also the commission the wyoming cemetery commission itself so we used the opportunity to increase the hours the order before you reflects that change the order before you also reflects some additional funding we need we had an extended medical leave amongst one of the the work is on the crew and we had to supplement that crew with some outside part-time help to get the fall cleanup done to cover summer vacations so this order covers that as well thank you very
