▶ 26:56 Speaker 2: anything else okay at this point in time we have two public hearings that are scheduled for this evening chair would entertain a motion to commence the public hearing relative to the petition of National Grid to install a pole on the property located at 37 Washington Street order number 216 dash 8 for so moved mr. president second alderman Mortimer moves to commence the public hearing on that order the motion is seconded by alderman inferno on the motion to commence the public hearing all those in favor aye anyone opposed motion passes before we open the floor for discussion relative to this order city clerk was contacted by representatives of National Grid earlier in the afternoon who indicated that they had been activated due to a potential weather emergency and would not have personnel to come before the board this evening to discuss this order and have as a result asks that we commenced the hearing see if anybody's here to speak on it and recess the media the public hearing till March 7th when hopefully National Grid will be available to discuss this with us that all being said is there anybody who wishes to discuss this order at the public hearing this evening if so please come forward motion
