▶ 3:00 Speaker 1: sure I've been an alternate member I think that's the term alternate member for I think about four years now and I originally wanted to join because one to you know serve the city and also it partly as well with the practice of law that i have i have a part of my practice is a real estate practice so i'm pretty familiar with zoning generally chapter 48 chapter 40b and have been able to put that experience to use i think on the board and i look forward to continuing that by being a full member the participation is quite similar being an alternate member versus a full member but i'd vote every time now and uh participate even more fully with um with chair mercado who's been who's been a great leader for us for the last four years and hope to continue that thank you thank you thank you waldeman
