Forbes: not a member second as far as the motions to spend the rules patrick delarusto was here this evening he is not here now uh to speak on behalf of this order this is a general uh accounting housekeeping order uh given the amount of the order uh two thousand four hundred and fifteen dollars and the explanation in the uh in the memo that was presented uh i feel like that it was not necessary for patrick to be present this evening to explain the order motion to recommend for passing we have a motion recommended made by alderman mortimer second second by alderman Zwirko all those in favor aye aye any opposed order passes and will be recommended before the full board at our next
