As a reminder, again, as noted before, the previous committee's committee hearing is being recorded subject to the open meeting law regulations and rules for future viewing. as previously noted by the other committees, the membership in attendance, everyone with the exception of Alderman Lemmerman. Do we have a motion to open the floor for public participation?

Seeing none, this is the opportunity for any members of the public who wish to come forward to speak on any matters on our agenda this evening and we always welcome members of the public to come in on any of our meetings full board meetings as well as committee meetings however seeing no members of the public coming forward this evening to close public part they have a motion to close by all the more seconded by alderman's work on the motion all in favor aye any opposed seeing none opposed that means our public participation is closed for this evening we have two orders on the agenda force first order is order number two zero one six dash one three eight amending Melrose revised ordinance chapter two zero two streets and sidewalks by adding section two zero two dash one point one reservation of space for city use rights and privileges of city therein this is an order sponsored by vice chairman of this Committee, Francis X. Wright. Alderman Wright, you have the floor.
