We rely on him for information in order for us to make the the best decision that we can make for the city now there are going to be some people that don't agree with the rate plans that are before us but in my personal opinion I think that the option that we have on the table is the best option for the city when we have to talk about certain costs that within the administration we have to rely on the auditor's office we have to for legal advice I'm not a lawyer I have to rely on the city solicitor and I have to take his opinion at face value but at the end of the day i have to defend my vote i think all of us here have to defend our votes and i'm willing
