▶ 15:12 Peter D. Mortimer: Mr. President, I have before me the minutes of our meeting from June 16th, June 20th, and July 18th, and I move that they be accepted into the record without reading.

▶ 15:24 Speaker 7: Second. Alderman Mortimer moves that the board accept the minutes from the June 16th, June 20th, and June 19th meetings. Motion is seconded by Alderman Boycelle. Is there any discussion? On the motion, all those in favor? Aye. Anyone opposed? Motion passes.
