It is a committee of the whole, all members of the Board of Aldermen are members of this committee. This meeting is being recorded and broadcast by MMTV. I am the chairman on the Committee of Appropriations, Peter Mortimer, Peter Mortimer. The vice chairman is Gail Inferna.
