Forbes: else albert forbes yes thank you mr president um i don't have uh i don't have anything to report from the water and sewer committee but i do want to just make an announcement that the water and sewer committee will be meeting next thursday i believe that is the 29th of september at 3 30 and they will be addressing uh issues such as the issue of retroactive billing they'll be talking about the possibility of going towards monthly statements um i think something in this order that is being presented before us tonight they will be addressing such issue next week at 3 30 here at city hall okay and that's in the mayor's conference room that is correct
