▶ 18:42 Speaker 6: Order 2017-44, request to set a public hearing on classification of property for November 28th, 2016 at 7.30 p.m. and subsequently determine the classification of property.
▶ 18:56 Peter D. Mortimer: Mr. President, I rise to request immediate consideration on this order.
▶ 19:02 Speaker 2: Alderman Mortimer asks for immediate consideration of order 2017-44. Is there an objection to immediate consideration of the order?
▶ 19:11 Peter D. Mortimer: There is not. Mr. President, I make a motion that we set the public hearing for November 28th at 7.30 p.m.
▶ 19:18 Speaker 2: Alderman Mortimer moves that we suspend the rules and that we set up a public hearing relative to this order for November 28th, 2016 at 7.30 p.m. Second. motion is seconded by alderman forbes is there any discussion relative to the motion all those in favor of the motion please indicate by saying aye aye anyone opposed motion passes the public hearing will be noticed out for that date and time goes to appropriations balance of
