▶ 0:00 Jennifer L. Lemmerman: Good evening. The time being 7.40 on November 21st. We will begin the Health, Education, and Welfare Committee. My name is Jennifer Lemmerman. I am the chair of the committee and we're joined this evening by Vice Chair Alderman Boisselle and committee members Alderman Medeiros, Alderman Infurna, Alderman McAteer-Margolis, and President Conn. We're also joined this evening by non-voting members Alderman Forbes, Alderman Mortimer, Alderman Tramontozzi, alderman work out in accordance with Mass General Law we are recording this
