▶ 10:38 Speaker 8: And our first choice was Melrose because of, obviously, the downtown. At that time, I was working, I'm now retired. But when I was working, it was great to take the train, the commuter rail,

Mortimer: you very much chairman lemmerman um capuano thank you very much for serving i was a president of london road for many years as well as you know also a fellow eagle and it's volunteers like you who make melrose great it's uh it's a wonderful thing that we have here tonight in the long line kind of many accolades that we've gotten from the media, from the press and television. There's a show on Chronicle that's going to highlight how wonderful Melrose is. They're going to put that on television tonight, and for the thousands of people at home who are watching us, I hope they won't all switch over and watch Chronicle, but some of them will. But one of the things that makes Melrose an excellent, excellent city is the time and talent that people like yourself put into boards like this to make sure that the quality of life is exceptionally high in Melrose. Infrastructure of buildings and streets are one thing, but good people are what make a good city. And you're proof of a good person coming forward tonight. We thank you very much.
