▶ 8:21 Jennifer L. Lemmerman: Good evening, the time being 7.31 on January 5th. We will convene the meeting of the Health, Education, and Welfare Committee. I am the chair of the committee, Alderman Lemmerman, and we are joined here this evening by voting members, Vice Chairman Alderman Boisselle, Alderman Medeiros, Alderman Inferna, Alderman McAteer-Margolis, Ex-officio member Alderman Kahn, President Kahn. We are also joined by non-voting members this evening, Alderman Mortimer, Alderman Tramontozzi, and Alderman Zwirko. In accordance with Mass General Law, we are recording this meeting this evening.
