Alderman Mortimer moves that we accept the minutes of the two meetings that he recited without reading the motion is seconded by alderman inferno on the motion all those in favor aye aye anyone opposed motion passes those minutes will be accepted as with all of our meetings our meeting tonight is will be rebroadcast on melrose cable television and we will be therefore in compliance with the massachusetts open meeting law as we deliberate this evening we are relatively short-handed so for members of the public who are watching in order for any order to pass it would require a majority of the full board of aldermen which is six votes so any order that goes to final vote this evening would require six aldermen to vote in favor for it to be considered passed order 2017-78 acceptance of commonwealth security trust fund grant and the amount of $19,711 to fund number 4026. That order will be referred to the Committee on Finance. Order 2017-81, transfer of $1,281 from account 011621-512000, election part-time salaries and wages, to account 011622-530506, election office supplies. That order will also go to the Committee on Finance.
