▶ 22:51 Speaker 1: of Aldermen this evening folks this is a public hearing that we're going to have this evening relative to a citizen petition that's been filed in accordance with paragraph 8.1 of our city charter, which allows 50 voters to petition the Board of Aldermen to hold a public hearing on an issue that they wish to put before us. The way the public hearing will be conducted is we will ask people one at a time to come to the center of the room. I'd ask you to sign your name and your address on the sign-in sheet. Under our rules, no person is allowed to speak for more than 10 minutes, and I would ask you as we start for everybody to be respectful so that everybody who's here gets a fair chance to be heard relative to any opinion. I know some of the issues in our country now are somewhat contentious, but here at this meeting tonight what we want to do is have a a good civil dialogue relative to the order that is before us that all being said ms camoso could you please read the order for us the full letter
