It is order 2017-117, an appropriation from free cash 01-324001, in the amount of $1,160,700 to various accounts as set forth within. Alderman Zwirko has made a motion to suspend the rules that we may hear from the appropriate city officials. Duly seconded by Alderman Ferner.
