I am the Chairman of Appropriations, Peter Mortimer. Our Vice Chairman is Alderman Gail Inferna. This is a committee of the whole. Every member of the Board of Aldermen is a member of this committee. We are joined this evening Besides Vice-Chairman and the Chairman, Alderman Zwirko, Alderman Tramontozzi, Alderman Medeiros, Alderman Mary Beth McAteer-Margolis, Alderman Lemmerman, Alderman Forbes.
