▶ 2:25:19 Speaker 1: to pay for any staff time well according to the breakdown she said she's going to use it to pay all the costs for the various supplies and maintenance associated with parks fields and playgrounds where permits are issued she talks about the departmental receipts deposited will include all rental fees and custodial charges received which are principally derived as a result of activities hosted by groups and organizations that do not reside within the city the indication here is that the power commission is the only body authorized to sign the warrants initiate payments from the revolving account and as you indicated um the limit not to exceed 40 000 but i can ask for clarification if you have any questions from joe i know just was wondering
