▶ 1:51 Speaker 1: But I wish that this board would propose sending to the state delegation the federal delegation that Melrose needs relief for the taxpayers you know I don't know how you could do that but this can't be sustained forever you know I mean when I came to the city bought my house there were water was a lot cheaper but I don't see you getting any relief from anybody and the budgets very tight I heard the other night and it's just I don't know I think it's the state government is bloated and that they should bring some relief back and the mwa should be reined in somehow some way but that's all i can tell you but it just can't you know i'm getting ready to retire i don't know how i'm going to stay here and i want to stay here
