It is May 11th, 2017, at 7.30 p.m. This is a committee of the whole. Every member of the Board of Aldermen is a member of this committee. I am the chairman, Peter Mortimer. The vice chairman is Alderman Gail Inferna. Other aldermen here in attendance this evening.

We are beginning our budget deliberations for the fiscal year 2018 budget. We'll be discussing a few budgets and a lot of public works tonight for people at home watching.
