So the public hearing with the planning board is hereby in order. Seeing no members of the public here, to take a motion to suspend the rules from Alderman Zwirko, duly seconded by Alderman Lemmerman, we're under suspension and we'll hear from our city officials, our city planner, Denise Gaffey, assistant city planner, Aaron Zwirko, will enlighten us on the matters before us this evening.
