▶ 10:05 Devin Romanul: At this time, I'll now motion by unanimous consent to approve the reading of our minutes from our last Appropriations and Oversight meeting on March 2nd, 2026 at 7:00 PM. Seeing no objection, those minutes are now approved. I'll now motion by unanimous consent to open the floor for public comment. Seeing no objection, we are now open for public comment. For members of the public, this is a portion of the meeting where the public may speak on any items on tonight's agenda. Comments expressing any viewpoint on other matters are also welcome. I just ask for those in public comment, we're really excited to have you. Thank you so much for coming out.
