All in favor, please say aye. Aye. Any opposed, hearing none, this order as amended will be recommended to the full board for passage at our next full board meeting. And the next order we have delves into something Alderman Medeiros mentioned, that this is now talking about the moratorium on recreational marijuana, which we're going to have now. That other one was medical, this is recreational, and we're looking towards, we have a view towards a moratorium on that. And it's order 2017-130 to amend revised zoning ordinances, Chapter 235, Sections 235-5 and 235-16.2, to enact a temporary moratorium on recreational marijuana establishments as set forth herein. ▶ 14:46 Denise Gaffey: Sure, so similarly to the other order for medical marijuana, we discussed this one on June 1st in a joint public hearing with the planning board members. that for this particular order which is as you mentioned to establish a moratorium on recreational marijuana until that would last through December of 2018 there was no discussion there were no public comments and there was no discussion of any substance among the Alderman or the planning board so the planning board has simply issued a report summarizing that fact and suggesting or requesting Rick requesting approval on the amendment as written so

▶ 15:49 Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm concerned, and I know probably many people here are concerned about the kind of chaos and disorder going on in Boston relative to what the great general court is going to do. And I think the wise course for us to take at this point in time is to do a temporary moratorium until we get a sense of what the real law that's going to come out of Boston is going to be relative to these issues. Because one day you hear one thing and the next day you hear that another committee has come up with something different. So I think the wise course for us here to take is to have a temporary moratorium until things settle in and we see what the lay of the land here is with this issue, so I'd be supportive of this order.
