▶ 40:52 Speaker 3: thank you summary of school building repairs John Shana the director of DPW has provided you with a short memo and many pages of all the work we did this summer i need to give my personal thanks to john ann waite denise gaffey it was an intense summer it was a difficult summer but i have to tell you every building was spic and span clean every building had every repair i needed in spite of the fact that the building projects were our priority this summer so we managed to get it all done i don't know how but we did and you can see through the list all the things they attended to what typically happens is John and I do a walkthrough which we did and we had company and in August in which anything that they could not do we put on the winter list and I have to tell you there was only a couple of things and it really wasn't on the summer list it's just my stuff my eyes things i see like oh i don't like that tile there that could really use you know to be those type of thing because they got to every important thing this summer questions for

▶ 42:15 Speaker 5: the superintendent please continue okay oh i'm sorry mr o'connell thank you madam chair um i you know i think i speak for all of us and wanting to compliment john shenna and his team and certainly miss gaffey but particularly you know in the short time i've been on the committee i've been continually impressed with john shenna's work both in the schools the literal work but also the amount of information and reporting he does and the level of detail he provides and it's it's to be commended and it's much appreciated so i just want to make that note
