I'm the chairman of the committee. with us this evening and voting members, Alderman Peter Mortimer, Alderman Scott Forbes, Alderman Michael Zwirko, President Donald Kahn. Also present this evening, although non-voting members, we have Alderman Robert Boisselle, Alderman Galen Ferner, Alderman Jennifer Lemmerman, and Alderman Monica Medeiros. Just a moment, I did receive a communication from Alderman Francis Wright, who is the vice chair of the committee, and due to a work-related commitment, he may be a little bit late this evening for our meetings this evening.
