Seeing none, the last item on our agenda is action item progress report. it's listed here only to say that we'll be looking at that when we do our the agenda for our retreat so if everybody would you could start thinking now at the end of September for the third week in October's give you a little time to please include that in your consideration and we'll be talking about it as we think about the next year and with that I would entertain a motion to
