▶ 1:50:00 Margaret Raymond Driscoll: writing yes so that's what i'm going to suggest is a couple things first um i think we have to to be thoughtful and I of course you folks would do this anyway but we have to be thoughtful about the fact that this is a business meeting so we want to you know stay within our agenda and so forth we also wanted to respect our administrators time we do try carefully to limit the number of times our administrators come before us so that they can get up and do the other work that they do every day so if you would please be sure to include those kinds of criteria and that I would invite anyone who's mr. O'Connell interested if you have more than a quorum you'll need to call a meeting to do that if you have less than a quorum you can have a discussion put something in writing for the next packet and we can certainly consider and vote that at that time if
