▶ 24:30 Speaker 2: And as I indicated before, the board has passed the language of the revisions to the charter at the last meeting. And the issue that was held on the table was tabling, sending it forward, pending, having everyone have an opportunity to see the final product, which hopefully everybody has. Alderman Zwirko.

▶ 24:48 Michael P. Zwirko: Thank you, Mr. President. I make a motion that we send this to the Great and General Court of Massachusetts for their approval via home rule petition.
