The only order on the agenda this evening is order 2018-31. amending Melrose revised ordinances by adding chapter 132, the demolition of historical structures in the city of Melrose as set forth herein. Earlier this morning, the clerk of committees received information from the city that the representative of the city who was going to speak on this behalf was ill and unable to appear today. I also confirmed that earlier today. And as a result, technically, this committee meeting was canceled. I felt that it was appropriate to open it up since it was previously scheduled. But seeing that we're not going to have any discussion on it this evening, I would entertain a motion to hold.
