O'Connell any friends welcome to policy and planning we have three agenda items this evening the first is continuation of our mass policy update mass being the Mass Association school committees we have in the packet the updated mass policy update grid we also have three policies that are on for first reading and vote tonight they are policies bhe DJE and DKC the committee will recall that these will last before us last week for informational review and as I mentioned last week we do have the benefit of our councils suggested revisions to DJE and they are indicated in blue in the document that's in the packet having said all please mr. school and is there a second any discussion on motion seeing none all those in favor and the motion approved carries unanimously thank you for that the second item under policy and plan this evening is phase two of our annual internet safety review where in Doris does not get erodes but instead we formally vote to approve our policies related to access to digital resources and acceptable use of said resources neither of which has been changed from last year as per our discussion second
