▶ 9:32 Speaker 3: I'm just that's okay this coach and I was supposed to meet today and we I was stuck in traffic so a couple of things again actually put it under the heading of late breaking news a couple of emails came in this week first of all our recent recent submission on the CPR got an email from contact at DESE and no further progress reports are required we have met all our obligations if you remember they were mainly under translation and the next time they'll Sears is somewhere in the 2019 2020 school year so that was very good news today the other news I got today is Watertown has approved late start and Burlington is taking your vote November 14th so let's hope some more of our colleagues will be following starting when next year I believe next fall yeah so the other good news that we received is 66 of our students are Adam scholars which was great news if you're not familiar with the John and Abigail Adams scholarship it is based on your MCAS of the three graduation requirements you have to have advanced on one proficient on the other two and be in the top 25% of your graduating class we also have two of our METCO students who have qualified for the Parsi scholarship we've never had two in one year so we're excited about that the last step in that process I believe is next week and we're hoping that both students will be awarded scholarships the Posse scholarship is a scholarship that's given to minority students it is a compact with certain colleges that accept the students and it's called a Posse because when the kids get there they have a Posse or a cohort of kids that work with the University of College to give them all support and to make sure they succeed and graduate on time so we're very excited about that so that was good news from guidance today and from Miss Ward today so I wanted to share all that with you and the last thing is where I was today as we took a team the US District Attorney's Office in Boston did a conference on addressing hate and bias in k-12 schools so we took a team to Worcester and a lot of our partners were there so that felt good ADL the restorative justice people Middlesex Youth Partnership and it was very rewarding for us as we as we discussed it confirmed a lot of the work that we've already begun so it was a very fruitful day in that aspect very good any questions for the
